Take home materials will include guidelines for specific breathing meditations, meditation CD, Blessing Guidelines and other items.This course is a pre-requisite to participate in Oneness Bhakti Yoga intensives, 64 Deekshas, Trainer Course and Deepening process at Oneness University.Wear comfortable clothing, bring mat or blanket for lying down.Bring a brown bag lunch, healthy snacks and water bottles.
